Sweet Almond Oil
What Is It?
Sweet almond oil is a lightweight, highly nourishing oil extracted from the seeds of the Prunus amygdalus dulcis (sweet almond) tree. It is rich in essential fatty acids, vitamin E, and antioxidants, making it a great emollient for moisturising, soothing, and protecting the skin. It is widely used in skincare, haircare, and massage recipes due to its light texture, fast absorption, and skin-softening properties.
