  • 1 tbsp argan oil or avocado oil

  • 10 drops rosemary essential oil

  • 5 drops clove essential oil or 1 tbsp whole cloves

  • 1 tsp castor oil (optional)

  • Clean glass jar or dropper bottle

Directions

  • Option 1: Infused Oil Base
  • Warm your chosen carrier oil in a saucepan over low heat
  • Add whole cloves and simmer for 10 minutes (do not overheat)
  • Allow to cool, then strain through a mesh sieve or cheesecloth
  • Option 2: Essential Oil Blend
  • In a clean glass jar or bottle, combine the base oil with:
    Rosemary essential oil
    Clove essential oil (if not using whole cloves)
