Ingredients

  • ½ cup citric acid

  • ½ cup baking soda

  • 10 drops lemon essential oil

  • 10 drops eucalyptus essential oil

  • 1 cup white vinegar

Directions

  • Step 1: Mix the Powder
    In a bowl, combine citric acid and baking soda. Stir thoroughly to remove clumps.
  • Step 2: Add Essential Oils
    Drop in lemon and eucalyptus essential oils. Mix well and store in an airtight glass jar.
  • Step 3: Use as a Monthly Cleaner
    Empty the dishwasher completely
    Sprinkle 2–3 tablespoons of the powder mix into the base
    Place 1 cup of white vinegar in a bowl on the top rack
    Run a full hot cycle (choose a heavy-duty or cleaning cycle if available)
